1. General Terms & Conditions

• Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

One Account Policy

• Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, or IP address.
• Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all winnings being forfeited.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.

Password & Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Attempting to access another user's account is a criminal offense, and 33mwm may take legal action in such cases.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• Cheating, using bots, or any form of automation in games is strictly prohibited.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Results will not be changed except in the case of a verified technical error.
• Once a bet is confirmed in Sports Betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to manipulate the game system.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

10. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact 33mwm's support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• If a complaint is not resolved within 30 days of submission, the matter may be referred to international arbitration.
• In disputes relating to game outcomes, the game software provider's logs shall serve as the definitive evidence.
• The relevant balance may be frozen during an ongoing dispute.

11. Amendment Policy
